Coaching and Matchplay
This is a 90 minute session broke up into coaching and matchplay. During these sessions, we cover stroke production and tactics for a beginner to advanced level. This is a great way to get into tennis, or to get BACK into tennis.
Cardio Tennis is all about being fit, having fun, and feeling good. Session go for 1 hour and incorporate a warm up, cardio/fitness component, modified play, and finish with a cool down. Contact us for your FREE TRIAL today!
